SERBISYO NG SSS IHAHATID SA SEOUL, 12 MAY0 2024
Bilang patuloy na pagpapaigting ng aming paglilingkod sa publiko, nais ipaalam ng Embahada ng Pilipinas na ang Social Security System (SSS) ay maghahatid ng serbisyo sa Seoul sa darating na Linggo, ika-12 ng Mayo 2024, para ipaabot ang mga sumusunod:
- SSS Number verification/reactivation;
- Online registration assistance;
- Member information update/data change:
- Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP): at
- Benefits claims application.
Bukas po ang SSS service desk mula 9:30 n.u. hanggang 4:30 n.h. para sa mga interesado sa naturang serbisyo. Wala pong appointment na kailangan. Makipagkita lamang sa SSS representative sa Room 102, Consular Section ng Embahada, 80 Hoenamu-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

ADVISORY AND GUIDELINES ON THE CONSULAR OUTREACH AND MOBILE OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION IN BUSAN
The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino community that it will conduct a Consular Outreach and Mobile Overseas Voter Registration Mission from 10 May 2024 (09:00 A.M. to 06:00 P.M.) to 11 May 2024 (09:00 A.M. to 12:00 N.N.) at Busan, Sasangu, Sasangro 104 3F, with the following services:
- Passport
- Civil Registry
- Notarial
- Assistance-to-Nationals
- Embassy ID
- Overseas Voter Registration
- OWWA
- Pag-IBIG
- SSS
The following guidelines shall be observed:
- For passport-related transactions, appointment slots may be obtained at https://www.passport.gov.ph/ (choose and click under site ("Busan Outreach").
- For civil registry and notarial transactions, please secure an appointment at https://bit.ly/busanoutreach. Requirements for civil registration (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death, Marriage License/LCCM, Travel Document) and notarial (Special Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Certification, Dual Citizenship, Embassy ID) services may be obtained at http://www.philembassy-seoul.com/consular.asp.
- For transactions related to OWWA membership, please bring valid passport, contract and Alien Registration Card (original and photocopy). For requirements for contract verification, please send email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for pre-evaluation of documents.
- For SSS membership including registration for new and reactivated accounts, updating of membership records, and related queries or concerns, please bring a valid passport.
- For Overseas Voter Registration, go to the iRehistro portal which may be accessed at https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/irehistro/ovf1 or https://tinyurl.com/ovregform1, or by scanning the QR Code below, and fill-out the online form.
Save the generated iRehistro form, print it out making sure all the QR codes on the second page are complete, and bring it, together with a valid Philippine Passport and a copy of the datapage, to the field registration site at the Gumi Catholic Center for the taking of biometrics.
In the absence of a valid Philippine Passport, supporting documents can be any of the following: 1) Identification Certificate and a photocopy thereof for dual citizens; 2) Seafarer’s Book and a photocopy of the datapage for sea-based workers; or 3) Certification from the Embassy for those with lost or expired passports and are eligible to apply for lost passport replacement or passport renewal.

Interwoven Horizons: A Tapestry of Philippines-Korea Relations in Art
The Philippine Embassy cordially invites the public to view a special exhibition entitled "Interwoven Horizons: A Tapestry of Philippines-Korea Relations in Art", a solo exhibition by renowned Filipina artist Ms. Lenore RS Lim. The exhibit will take place from 1-6 May 2024, with exhibit hours from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm at the Maru Art Center, 2/F, Insa-dong, Seoul.
The exhibit is one of the activities commemorating 75 years of Philippines-Korea Diplomatic Relations. For more details please refer to the exhibit information and the artist's profile below.
