ADVISORY AND GUIDELINES ON THE CONSULAR OUTREACH AND MOBILE OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION
The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino community that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Service and Overseas Voter Mobile Registration on the following dates and locations:
The following guidelines shall be observed:
1. Fill-out OVF-1 Form (a fillable form can be found on the COMELEC website and a hard copy at the registration site) and submit it together with a valid Philippine Passport and a copy of the datapage, for the taking of biometrics.
In the absence of a valid Philippine Passport, supporting documents can be any of the following: 1) Identification Certificate and a photocopy thereof for dual citizens; 2) Seafarer’s Book and a photocopy of the datapage for sea-based workers; or 3) Certification from the Embassy for those with lost or expired passports and are eligible to apply for lost passport replacement or passport renewal.
2. For civil registry and notarial transactions, the requirements for civil registration (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death, Marriage License/LCCM, Travel Document) and notarial (Special Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Certification, Dual Citizenship, Embassy ID) services may be obtained at http://www.philembassy-seoul.com/consular.asp. Release will be done at the Embassy in Seoul or by delivery.
3. For transactions related to OWWA membership and OEC processing, please bring valid passport, contract and Alien Registration Card (original and photocopy). 4. For Pag-IBIG membership including new and reactivation of accounts, MP2 savings registration and updating of records, please bring your valid passport.

ADVISORY ON SUSPENSION OF iREHISTRO
The Philippine Embassy informs the public that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) announced that the iRehistro platform, which is used for the ongoing overseas voter registration, will be offline effective 5:00 P.M., 13 October 2023 (Philippine Standard Time), for system enhancements and maintenance.
In the meantime, applicants may still register by accomplishing the OVF-1 fillable form (https://comelec.gov.ph/php-tpls-attachments/OverseasVoting/2023RegForms/AnnexA_OVF1_Fillable_v3_2.pdf) on the COMELEC website or a hard copy available at the Philippine Embassy. Applicants are also reminded to bring a valid Philippine Passport and a copy of the datapage for the taking of biometrics. In the absence of a valid Philippine Passport, supporting documents can be any of the following: 1) Identification Certificate and a photocopy thereof for dual citizens; 2) Seafarer’s Book and a photocopy of the datapage for sea-based workers; or 3) Certification from the Embassy for those with lost or expired passports and are eligible to apply for lost passport replacement or passport renewal.
