ANNOUNCEMENT: E-APOSTILLE INILUNSAD
Ipinababatid ng Philippine Embassy sa publiko na simula 19 Marso 2024 ang electronic Apostille (e-Apostille) ay maaari nang ma-isyu para sa mga dokumento o e-certificates na manggagaling sa Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
Sa mga nangangailangan ng e-Apostille para sa mga dokumentong galing sa PSA, gaya ng Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate o Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR), sundin po lamang ang mga hakbang na ito:
- Mag-apply at magbayad para sa electronic certificate ng kanilang PSA civil registry document sa pamamagitan ng PSA Helpline link na ito: https://e-app1.apostille.gov.ph; at
- Magbayad ng Php 200.00 para sa expedite fee ng e-Apostille sa pamamagitan ng link na ito: https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/Transactions.jsp.
Ang e-Apostille na naglalaman ng digital signature ng Kagawaran ng Ugnayang Panlabas (Department of Foreign Affairs) ay ipapadala sa email ng aplikante o end-user pagkatapos ng kumpirmasyon mula sa PSA at ng kaukulang kabayaran. Lahat ng e-Apostilles ay maaaring ma-beripika sa pamamagitan ng digital signature at sa link na nakalagay sa cover letter ng e-Apostille at PSA e-certificate.

Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO): Lingkod sa Kapwa Pilipino or LINKAPIL program
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul shares the Commission on Filipinos Overseas' flagship program on diaspora philanthropy – the Lingkod sa Kapwa Pilipino or LINKAPIL program. Developed in 1989, the program was designed to facilitate the transfer of various forms of assistance from overseas Filipino donors (individuals or organizations) to support projects in the fields of health and welfare, livelihood development, education, small-scale infrastructure, and skills transfer or Balikturo. The program has since benefitted around 16 million underprivileged Filipinos from the country’s 82 provinces, including Metro Manila, and funded the implementation of approximately 7,000 developmental projects in the Philippines. JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: ASSISTANCE-TO-NATIONALS (ATN) TRANSLATOR AND INTERPRETER
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul is now accepting applications for the position of Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) Translator and Interpreter. The detailed job description, required qualifications and skills for the position are enumerated as follows:
TITLE: ATN Translator and Interpreter
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Translate written communications from, and translate or draft communications as directed to, local police, immigration and other relevant Korean government and non-government institutions or individuals;
- Serve as translator/interpreter for the Embassy in conducting or attending fora, meetings or visits to relevant government or non-government institutions on ATN cases and policy matters;
- Make outgoing calls to, and answer incoming phone inquiries from, Korean public officials or private individuals, as directed;
- Assist the Embassy’s ATN Section in handling specific ATN cases or issues and drafting of reports with recommended policy actions as appropriate, and provide clerical and logistical support, including driving if necessary; and
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties, which may be assigned from time to time, to support related functions of the Embassy
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Filipino or Korean citizen of good moral character and excellent in translating Korean into English and vice versa
- If Filipino, must have at least TOPIK Level 5 certification (or KIIP equivalent) and a valid Korean working visa
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, preferably with knowledge of Tagalog and other main Philippine languages as an advantage
- Proficient computer or IT skills
- Willing to work overtime
- College degree
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of Korea’s system of government and laws, society and culture
- Aptitude for public or frontline service and ability to empathize with clients of various backgrounds and needs
- Good interpersonal qualities and work ethic to effectively serve within a team, adapt to changes in the working environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills to work with minimal supervision while coordinating on multiple tasks to ensure that required output is submitted in a timely manner

- Transcript of Records from colleges and/or universities attended
