POLO ANNOUNCEMENT ON CERTAIN ENTITIES CLAIMING TO BE ACCREDITED RECRUITMENT AGENCIES
The Philippine Embassy wishes to share with the public the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) Announcement that certain entities namely, Sam and Stay Travelling Agency/ Sam Stay Tours and Marisian Travel Agency are neither registered with nor accredited by the POLO and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) as licensed recruitment agencies.
The public is hereby advised to transact only with POEA accredited agencies relative to hiring of workers bound for Korea, and to inquire with proper authorities regarding entry requirements and employment procedures.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS ENTERING THE PH
The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino Community in South Korea of the general passenger guidelines and entry requirements of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), Clark International Airport (CRK), and Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA):
AIRPORT/ REQUIREMENTS
Ninoy Aquino International Airport
All arriving international passengers are required to do the following upon arrival:
• Submit accomplished electronic Case Investigation Form (eCIF)
• Undergo mandatory RT-PCR swab test
• Undergo mandatory quarantine, however, there is no need to pre-book quarantine hotel
Notes:
For returning non-OFW Filipinos and/or foreign nationals, the cost for swab test and hotel accommodation shall be shouldered by the passenger
For returning OFWs, the cost for hotel accommodation and transportation shall be shouldered by OWWA, while the cost for swab test shall be shouldered by PhilHealth. OFWs should register in OASIS at https://oasis.owwa.gov.ph
prior to their flight.
For returning seafarers, the cost of hotel accommodation and transportation shall be shouldered by the local manning agencies, while the cost of swab test shall be shouldered by PhilHealth. Seafarers should register in OASIS at https://oasis.owwa.gov.ph prior to their flight.
Clark International Airport
For OFWs:
• Fully accomplished electronic Case Investigation Form (eCIF)
• Mandatory RT-PCR swab test upon arrival
• No need to pre-book quarantine hotel
Note:
Cost of Accommodation and Transportation to be shouldered by OWWA, while the RT-PCR test shall be shouldered by PhilHealth.
OFWs should register in OASIS at https://oasis.owwa.gov.ph
prior to their flight.
For Non-OFWs:
• Fully accomplished electronic Case Investigation Form (eCIF)
• Mandatory RT-PCR swab test upon arrival
• Confirmed quarantine accommodation prior to departure for Clark
Notes:
For non-OFWs and foreign nationals, complete and print the electronic Case Investigation Form (eCIF). Printed eCIF will be collected upon arrival.
For non-OFWs* and foreign nationals, RT-PCR cost of P4,500 will be on personal account.
Non-OFWs and foreign nationals should pre-book their accommodation from this list: https://bit.ly/BOQAccreditedHotels. Effective 16 August 2020, all international travelers who are non-OFWs shall be required to book their quarantine hotels from the list accredited by the Bureau of Quarantine prior to arrival in CRK. All bookings shall be made including airport to hotel transfers. A confirmed hotel voucher shall be required when they check in for their flight at their city of origin.
For Seafarers:
• Fully accomplished electronic Case Investigation Form (eCIF)
• Mandatory RT-PCR swab test upon arrival
• No need to pre-book quarantine hotel
Note:
For seafarers, complete and print the electronic Case Investigation Form (eCIF). Printed eCIF will be collected upon arrival.
Cost of the Accommodation and Transportation will be shouldered by the manning agency while the cost of the RT-PCR test shall be shouldered by PhilHealth

Mactan Cebu International Airport
All arriving international passengers are required to submit the following:
• Accomplished electronic Case Investigation Form (eCIF) upon arrival
• Mandatory RT-PCR swab test upon arrival
• Confirmed hotel accommodation prior to departure for Cebu
Note:
For returning non-OFW Filipinos and/or foreign nationals, the cost of swab test and hotel accommodation shall be shouldered by the passenger
