REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE OFFICIAL USE OF THE EMBASSY
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, Republic of Korea is inviting companies to submit quotations for its procurement of office supplies and materials for the official use of the Embassy, in accordance with the “Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Services, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services to be Procured and Performed Overseas” as approved by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) in its Resolution No. 28-2017 dated 31 July 2017.
The technical specifications of the required office supplies are listed on Annex A.
The last day for submission of quotations is on Monday, 31 May 2021 at 5:00 p.m.

INVITATION TO BID OLD AUDIO EQUIPMENT
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul will dispose of its old audio equipment that have become unserviceable and are no longer being used. Please refer to the attached list, for information and reference.

These items are being sold as-is and are non-returnable. Please make bids and payments in US Dollars. Minimum bid should be US$30. All sealed bids are due by 01 June 2021 at 5:00 pm.
Interested bidders are required to submit their signed bidding form (Annex A).

Re-entry Permit System of the Government of the Republic of Korea
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to share with the Filipino community the following updates from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea on the Korean Government’s Re-entry Permit System:
- Korea has suspended its Re-entry Permit Exemption program to address the spread of COVID-1 The change was implemented on 01 June 2020;
- This measure affects all foreign residents re-entering Korea from overseas, except for Diplomat (A-1), Government Official (A-2), International Agreement (A-3), and Overseas Korean (F-4) visa holders;
- All registered foreign residents who will travel overseas are required to obtain a Re-entry Permit prior to their departure so that they can reenter Korea under their current status of stay. Applicants should visit the HiKorea website (hikorea.go.kr) at least 4 days prior to their departure from Korea; and
- Please note that foreign residents who will leave the country to travel overseas without receiving a Re-entry Permit before their departure will have his/her Foreign Resident (Alien) Registration cancelled and are thus obliged to obtain a new visa to re-enter
