Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 03 November 2021, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, S.Y. TOTAL INTERIOR, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed in connection with the contract for the various repairs at the Philippine Embassy, upon signing of the Contract.
This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE CONTRACT FOR THE REVERSE LOGISTICS OF PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT ELECTION MATERIALS AND PARAPHERNALIA FROM THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY, SEOUL TO MANILA
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul, Republic of Korea is inviting companies to submit quotations for its procurement of the contract for the reverse logistics of Philippine Government Election Materials and Paraphernalia from the Philippine Embassy, Seoul to Manila, as approved by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) in its Resolution No. 28-2017 dated 31 July 2017.
The terms of reference of the project are listed on Annex A.

Furthermore, interested companies may set-up a schedule for an ocular inspection with Ms. Guinto to check the volume of election materials to be shipped.
