SPECIAL FLIGHT FOR FILIPINOS
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform all those who registered for the special passenger flight of the following:
SCHEDULE OF SPECIAL FLIGHTS:
- There are two special passenger flights for Tuesday, 07 July 2020. These are Korean Air flight KE 623, which will depart Incheon International Airport at 18:45 hrs, and Asiana Airlines OZ 703, which will depart Incheon International Airport at 19:00 hrs.
PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING:
- Booking will commence on Thursday, 02 July 2020, at 10:00 hrs.
- For those with existing Korean Air bookings, you may apply your existing booking to the special flight. You may call 1588-2001 to rebook your ticket.
- For those with existing Asiana Airlines bookings, you would need to cancel your existing booking, and purchase a new one. To purchase a new ticket, please deposit the cash payment to KB Bank with account number 006-25-0022-907 (Hana Tour). - For those who do not have an existing booking with either Korean Air or Asiana Airlines:
- For those who want to take the Korean Air flight, please call 1588-2001 to purchase your ticket.

REMINDERS:
- Only those who registered with the Embassy are eligible to take the special passenger flight. If you did not pre-register, your booking will be denied by Korean Air and Asiana Airlines.
- Due to the passenger limit of the aircraft, bookings will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
