ADVISORY: DIGITAL OVERSEAS VOTER’S ID NOW AVAILABLE

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul announces that the Digital Overseas Voter’s ID issued by the Commission on Elections - Office for Overseas Voting (COMELEC-OFOV) for Filipinos who are registered to vote in South Korea are now available and may be claimed from the Embassy through the following steps:

1. Please refer to the Certified List (as of 31 March 2024) at https://bit.ly/SouthKoreaCLOVMar2024 to check if you are an active registered overseas voter under the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea.

2. If your name is on the said list, please click on https://bit.ly/digitalvoterIDsouthkorea or scan the QR-Code below, fill out and submit the request form.

3. The Digital ID, together with instructions on how to download, shall be sent by the Embassy to the email address indicated in your request form.

Please note that no printed copies will be made available at this time.

Once again, the Embassy reminds those who have not yet applied for Overseas Voter Registration that the deadline is on 30 September 2024.

Ipinapaalam ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Seoul na maaari nang makatanggap ng Digital Overseas Voter’s ID mula sa Commission on Elections - Office for Overseas Voting (COMELEC-OFOV) ang mga Filipino na nakarehistrong bumoto sa South Korea, ayon sa mga sumusunod na hakbang:

1. Tingnan ang Sertipikadong Listahan (hanggang 31 Marso 2024) sa https://bit.ly/SouthKoreaCLOVMar2024 at suriin kung kayo po ay rehistradong Overseas Voter sa ilalim ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Seoul, South Korea.

2. Kung kayo po ay kabilang sa nasabing listahan, i-click ang link na ito https://bit.ly/digitalvoterIDsouthkorea o kaya ay i-scan ang QR-Code sa ibaba, sagutan at i-submit ang request form.

3. Ang inyong Digital Overseas Voter’s ID, kasama ang mga tagubilin kung paano ito i-download, ay ipapadala sa inyong email address na isinulat sa request form.

Tandaan po lamang na walang mga naka-imprentang kopya ng ID ang maipagkakaloob sa ngayon. At muli pong pinapaalala sa mga hindi pa nakarehistro na ang Overseas Voter Registration ay hanggang ika-30 ng Septiembre 2024 na lamang po.

CERTIFIED LIST OF OVERSEAS VOTERS FOR THE PERIOD 01 July 2003 to 31 March 2024

ADVISORY AND GUIDELINES ON THE MOBILE OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION IN GYEONGGI-DO

The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino community that, in cooperation with Jesus Is Lord (JIL) - Korea, it will conduct a Overseas Voter Mobile Registration Mission during the JIL Chuseok Camp on 16 September 2024 (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Gyeonggi-do Paju-si Jori-eup Osan-ri, 38-1.

The following guidelines shall be observed:

Go to the iRehistro portal which may be accessed at https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1 and fill-out the online form.
Save the generated iRehistro form, print it out making sure all the QR codes on the second page are complete, and bring it, together with a valid Philippine Passport and a copy of the datapage, to the registration site for the taking of biometrics.

In the absence of a valid Philippine Passport, supporting documents can be any of the following: 1) Identification Certificate and a photocopy thereof for dual citizens; 2) Seafarer’s Book and a photocopy of the datapage for sea-based workers; or 3) Certification from the Embassy for those with lost or expired passports and are eligible to apply for lost passport replacement or passport renewal.

ADVISORY AND GUIDELINES ON THE CONSULAR OUTREACH AND MOBILE OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION IN CHEONAN-ASAN

The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino community that it will conduct a Consular Outreach and Mobile Overseas Voter Registration Mission on 22 September 2024 from 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Cheonseong Middle School, 7, Beolmal 1-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, Republic of Korea, 충남 천안시 동남구 벌말1길 7.

The following guidelines shall be observed:

For passport-related transactions, appointment slots may be obtained at https://www.passport.gov.ph/ (choose and click under site "Cheonan-Asan Outreach").
For civil registry (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death, Marriage License/LCCM, Travel Document) and notarial transactions (Special Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Certification, Dual Citizenship, Certificate of Registration with the Embassy or Embassy ID), please bring the requirements which may be found at http://www.philembassy-seoul.com/consular.asp. All payments for Notarial Services and Civil Registry Transactions will be collected with expedite processing fees as they are rendered beyond regular hours and on the observance of the weekend of the Philippine Embassy per Department of Foreign Affairs Foreign Service Circular (FSC) No. 2024-0391 dated 03 May 2024

For Pag-IBIG membership including registration for new and reactivated accounts, updating of membership records, and related queries or concerns, please bring a valid passport.
