The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino public that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission from April 29, 2022 (Friday, 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM) to April 30, 2022 (Saturday, 09:00 AM to 12:00 NN) at the Plaza Hall, 5F, Grand Daegu Hotel, 305 Dongdaegu-ro, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
The Embassy will render consular services including processing of passport applications and renewals, civil registrations, notarials, travel documents, NBI clearances, Embassy IDs and other certifications. Representatives from POLO, OWWA and Pag-Ibig will join the consular team to provide information on labor, welfare assistance, and other services.
The following guidelines shall be observed:
1. All applicants are required to observe appropriate health protocols and social distancing measures.
2. For
passport-related transactions, appointment slots may be obtained at
https://www.passport.gov.ph/ (choose and click under
site “Daegu Outreach”)
beginning 22 April 2022. There will be 150 slots opened on April 29, and 45 slots on April 30.
3. Senior citizens (60 years-old and above); minors who are 7 years old and below accompanied by an adult parent/guardian; persons with disabilities; pregnant women; and those with valid emergencies (such as death of a family member, medical emergency) or urgent need to travel, may be accommodated as walk-in applicants.
4. For transactions related to
notarial services (i.e., Certificate of Natural Born, Certificate of Philippine Driver’s License, Embassy ID, Dual Citizenship) and
civil registry services (i.e., Report of Birth, Affidavit of Paternity and Use of Surname of the Father, Report of Marriage, LCCM/Marriage License, Travel Document), please obtain a slot at
https://bit.ly/3rgsn0h beginning 18 April 2022.
a) All requirements (original and photocopies; for passports, only photocopies are required) must be sent by mail to the Philippine Embassy on or before 24 April 2022 at the address below to allow for pre-processing and same day release of documents for consularization in Daegu:

b) All applicants will receive an email from the Philippine Embassy should you lack other requirements and/or there is a discrepancy in your submitted documents.
c) All applicants for dual citizenship may take their oath on April 29, 2022 (Friday) at 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and on April 30, 2022 (Saturday) at 12:00 NN to 1:00 PM. Applicants are required to arrive at the consular outreach site in the morning for preparation of documents.

The Philippine Embassy shall release further updates on the Overseas Voting to be conducted in Daegu as soon as the relevant details and approvals have been obtained from the COMELEC and the DFA.

The Overseas Voting for the 2022 Philippine National Elections will be conducted in-person from 10 April 2022 to 9 May 2022 at Sentro Rizal Hall, Room 202, Philippine Embassy, 80 Hoenamu-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea 04346
Voting hours (no breaks): 10 April 2022 – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; 11 April to 8 May 2022 – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; 9 May 2022 – 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. No appointment is needed. Please note that the Embassy will be open during weekends and holidays for Overseas Voting only.
Before voting: Please check if your name is on the Certified List of Overseas Voters available at the Embassy or at https://comelec.gov.ph/.../2022NLE/CLOV/ASIA_PAC/SEOUL.pdf. For seafarers: https://comelec.gov.ph/.../2022NLE/CLOV/SEAFARERS_CLOV.pdf
What to bring: To facilitate the verification of your identity, present a copy of your Philippine Passport, ARC, Identification Certificate (for dual citizens), Seaman’s Book (for seafarers), or other valid IDs with Photo and Signature to the Special Board of Election Inspectors (SBEI).
During voting: Please follow the instructions for voters carefully to ensure safe and orderly voting. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance from any member of the SBEI, if needed.
