HOLIDAY NOTICE FOR APRIL 2025

The public is advised that the Philippine Embassy in Seoul will be closed for Consular Operations on:

Those who have confirmed appointments with the Consular Section of the Embassy on these dates may walk in -- without an appointment -- on any other date, between Sunday and Thursday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, during the month of April 2025.

However, the Philippine Embassy shall be open for registered Overseas Voters who wish to avail of the Pre-Voting Enrollment and Online Voting kiosk on 17 and 20 April 2025 from 9:00 am to 5:00pm, in connection with the conduct of Overseas Voting for the 2025 Philippine National Elections.

MGA UPDATE TUNGKOL SA 2025 PAMBANSANG HALALAN SA IBAYONG DAGAT SA PAMAMAGITAN NG ONLINE VOTING AND COUNTING SYSTEM

Ang mga rehistradong overseas Filipino voters ay hinihikayat na mag-enroll sa Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) simula ika-20 Marso 2025 (Huwebes) hanggang ika-07 ng Mayo 2025 (Miyerkules) upang makaboto.

 

• 20 Marso 2025, Huwebes - Simula ng Pre-Voting Enrollment Period at Simula ng Test Voting
• 12 Abril 2025, Sabado - Huling araw para sa Test Voting
• 13 Abril 2025, Linggo - Simula ng Overseas Voting Period (8:00 AM, Korean Standard Time)
• 07 Mayo 2025, Miyerkules - Huling araw ng Pre-Voting Enrollment
• 12 Mayo 2025, Lunes - Pagtatapos ng Overseas Voting Period (7:00 PM, Philippine Standard Time / 8:00 PM, Korean Standard Time)

Narito ang mga alituntunin para sa online overseas voting na dapat sundin ng mga rehistradong botante:

 

1. Gamit ang inyong internet-capable device na may camera katulad ng kompyuter, smart pad o mobile phone, o ang kiosk na ilalagay sa Embahada, mag-sign up gamit ang official link para sa pre-voting enrollment na ibibigay ng COMELEC simula ika-20 ng Marso 2025;
2. Sundin ang instruksyon na nakalagay sa official link;
3. Kapag nakumpleto na ang pre-voting enrollment, ang mga overseas voters ay maaaring magsagawa ng Test Voting para maging pamilyar sa online voting system hanggang ika-12 ng Abril 2025;
4. Ang lahat ng naka-enroll na botante ay maaaring bumoto online sa loob ng Overseas Voting period na may tatlumpung (30) araw.

 

Ang Overseas Voting period ay magsisimula sa ika-13 ng Abril 2025 (Linggo) at magtatapos sa ika-12 ng Mayo 2025 (Lunes), 7:00 ng gabi oras sa Pilipinas katumbas ng 8:00 ng gabi oras ng Korea.
