ADVISORY AND GUIDELINES ON THE OVERSEAS VOTER MOBILE REGISTRATION AT KBIZ TRAINING CENTER
The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino community that, in cooperation with the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Businesses (KBIZ), it will continue to conduct Overseas Voter Mobile Registration on the following dates and locations, primarily for newly-arrived Filipino EPS workers:
- 14 February 2024, KBIZ Training Center, Anseong/Hwaseong/Yongin
- 20 February 2024, KBIZ Training Center, Anseong/Hwaseong/Yongin
- 27 February 2024, KBIZ Training Center, Anseong/Hwaseong/Yongin
The following guidelines shall be observed:
Go to the COMELEC 2025 NLE Registration Forms and fill out the OVF-1 online: https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1 Forms are also available at the outreach site.
Print the duly filled out OVF-1 form and bring it, together with a valid Philippine Passport and a copy of the datapage, to the mobile registration site for the taking of biometrics.
In the absence of a valid Philippine Passport, supporting documents can be any of the following: 1) Identification Certificate and a photocopy thereof for dual citizens; 2) Seafarer’s Book and a photocopy of the datapage for sea-based workers; or 3) Certification from the Embassy for those with lost or expired passports and are eligible to apply for lost passport replacement or passport renewal.
The Embassy further reminds the Filipino community that the current cycle of Overseas Voter Registration will end on 30 September 2024.

ANNOUNCEMENT: iREHISTRO FOR ONLINE OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION
The Philippine Embassy informs the public that the Commission on Elections of the Philippines (COMELEC) has re-opened the iREHISTRO platform for online overseas voter registration.
The Embassy encourages all Filipino nationals in South Korea, who are eligible but not yet registered to participate in the 2025 National Elections as an Overseas Voter, to use the iRehistro portal which may now be accessed at:

Applicants for Overseas Voter Registration may fill out the form online, save and print the generated iRehistro form, and bring it, together with a valid Philippine Passport and a copy of the datapage, to the Philippine Embassy (Room 102, 80 Hoenamu-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul 04346) for the taking of biometrics.

ROK offers free rapid diagnostic tests for dengue virus to inbound travelers to South Korea
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the Filipino community of the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) announcement on Free Rapid Diagnostic Tests for Dengue Virus to Inbound Travelers to South Korea.
Starting 12 January 2024, inbound travelers who have any suspicious symptoms of dengue fever or those who would like a diagnostic test can undergo free testing at 13 airports and port quarantine stations across ROK.
KDCA further advises overseas travelers to follow mosquito bite prevention tips such as the use of mosquito repellents, wearing light-colored and long-sleeved clothing, etc. Inbound travelers who show symptoms like fever, headache, muscle pain, rash, etc., are also advised to take a dengue rapid diagnostic test.
