BEWARE OF ONLINE JOB RECRUITMENT SCAM

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul is once again reminding the general public to be wary of online job recruitment being offered through unsolicited email and various social media.

The Embassy recently received reports of an employment offer allegedly from a reputable Korean company with a one-year contract for an Online Language Teacher position. The job offer, the position and company representative are found to be non-existent after verification with the company.

We encourage the public to be very vigilant about online job offers and immediately report any suspicious activities/online recruitment scams to POEA Anti-Illegal Recruitment Branch Operations and Surveillance Division at This email address is being protected from spambots. Sa mga nais magpa-rehistro bilang Overseas Voter, mangyaring bisitahin ang link na ito: https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/irehistro/ovf1.

Bago pumunta sa Embahada para sa pagkuha ng biometrics, mangyaring sundin ang mga sumusunod na hakbang:

Nakapag rehistro na sa link na ito https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/irehistro/ovf1;

I-print at dalhin ang OV Form 1 or iRehistro form na may QR code;

Magdala ng kopya ng valid na pasaporte; at

Para sa mga dual citizen, magdala ng CTC or orihinal na kopya ng Identification Certificate, Oath of Allegiance at Order. END
