SPECIAL FLIGHT FOR FILIPINOS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform all those who registered for the special passenger flight of the following:

SCHEDULE OF SPECIAL FLIGHTS:

There are two special passenger flights for Tuesday, 07 July 2020. These are Korean Air flight KE 623, which will depart Incheon International Airport at 18:45 hrs, and Asiana Airlines OZ 703, which will depart Incheon International Airport at 19:00 hrs.

PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING:

Booking will commence on Thursday, 02 July 2020, at 10:00 hrs.

For those with existing Korean Air bookings, you may apply your existing booking to the special flight. You may call 1588-2001 to rebook your ticket.

For those with existing Asiana Airlines bookings, you would need to cancel your existing booking, and purchase a new one. To purchase a new ticket, please deposit the cash payment to KB Bank with account number 006-25-0022-907 (Hana Tour). For those who do not have an existing booking with either Korean Air or Asiana Airlines:

For those who want to take the Korean Air flight, please call 1588-2001 to purchase your ticket.

REMINDERS:

Only those who registered with the Embassy are eligible to take the special passenger flight. If you did not pre-register, your booking will be denied by Korean Air and Asiana Airlines.

Due to the passenger limit of the aircraft, bookings will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul will be organizing another special passenger flight for Filipino nationals (with valid PH passport) in South Korea who need to return home to the Philippines as soon as possible. Further information on the aforementioned special passenger flight will be announced by the Embassy in due course.

Please note the following:

Registration is from 24 to 27 June 2020 only. The link provided above will expire automatically on 27 June at 6:00pm.
Only those who have registered may join the special flight.
All information shared in the survey will be kept private and confidential.
The special flight would only be considered by the airline if there will be a sufficient number of registrants.
In case the number of registrants exceeds the maximum passenger capacity of the aircraft, the passengers will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.
The special passenger flight will be from Incheon to NAIA only, and not to any other airports in the Philippines.
This is not a repatriation flight. The passenger will shoulder the cost of the ticket.
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul does not guarantee the special passenger flight.
