The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to share with the Filipino community in South Korea the following information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea on COVID-19 vaccination for foreigners aged 75 above:

  1. Foreigners aged 75 years and above or those born before December 31, 1946 who are long-term residents in Korea (longer than 90 days) are now eligible for vaccination. They will receive the Comirnaty (Pfizer/BioNTech) COVID-19 vaccine in 2 doses, with an interval of 21 days in between.
  1. Said doses will be administered in COVID-19 vaccination Centers by district and are free of charge.
  1. The application period is between April and June 2021 through local community centers. Long-term residents without foreign registration numbers are also able to apply for vaccination through the local community centers after receiving a temporary administration number from a public health center.

Those who are eligible (75years old and above and long-term residents in Korea) to receive the vaccination may refer to the attached guidelines.END

Ang Pasuguan ng Pilipinas sa South Korea ay nagpapa-alala sa mga kababayan na upang maging klaro at maayos ang inyong mga transaksyon sa araw ng inyong appointment, mangyari lamang na palaging piliin ang tama at akmang consular service sa pag-set ng appointment.

Halimbawa, para sa nais magpa-renew ng PASSPORT, mangyaring siguraduhin na ang appointment ay ginawa sa official Embassy website (https://philembassy-seoul.com).

Sa kabilang dako, kung ang kailangang serbisyo naman ay para sa CIVIL REGISTRIES or NOTARIALS, mangyaring mag-set ng appointment sa Facebook Page ng Embahada (PHinKorea).

Mangyaring tingnan ang sumusunod na guide para malaman kung saan makikita ang bawat consular service:

  1. Makikita sa Facebook Page ng Embahada (PhinKorea):
  • Civil Registries/Travel Document
  • Legal capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM)
  • Report of Marriage
  • Report of Birth
  • Travel Document (one-way travel to the Philippines, valid only for 30 days)
  • Notarials/Citizenship
  • Notary of documents
  • Special Power of Attorney/affidavits/acknowledgements, certificates, etc.
  • Certification of Driver’s License
  • NBI Clearance
  • Embassy ID
  • Natural Born Certificate
  • Renunciation of Philippine Citizenship

Ang mga appointment para sa maling serbisyo (halimbawa: nagpa-appointment sa Civil Registries ngunit ang kailangang serbisyo ay passport renewal) ay kakanselahin para mabigyang-puwang ang mga kababayan na nangangailangan ng tamang service at schedule.
