Malugod na inaanyayahan ng Embahada ang ating mga kababayan na nasa Korea upang makilahok sa ika-limang yugto ng Know Your Rights and Responsibilities (KYRR) Seminar na tatalakay sa Karapatan ng mga Kababaihan at Kabataang Pilipino na nasa Korea.
Ang seminar na ito, na magsisilbing networking session din para sa mga marriage migrants, counsellors, social workers at community leaders, ay gaganapin sa ika-19 ng Nobyembre 2022, Sabado, simula 9:30 ng umaga hanggang 4:30 ng hapon sa Seoul Global Center, Jong-ro 38-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

ADVISORY ON LOST ITEMS DURING THE ITAEWON INCIDENT
The Embassy of the Philippines in Seoul has been informed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea that all lost items during the Itaewon incident on 29 October 2022 may be collected at the Lost and Found Center temporarily set-up at the Wonhyoro Multi-Purpose Gymnasium (51-26, Wonhyoro 3-ga, Yongsan-gu, Seoul) which will remain open for 24 hours daily until 6:00 PM KST on 06 November 2022, Sunday.
Lost and found information can be accessed on the website of the National Police Agency Lost and Found Management System (www.lost112.go.kr) or by calling the Yongsan Police Station Community Order Section (02-2198-0109 to 0111). Meanwhile, lost identification cards, passports and mobile phones can be collected at the 1st Floor, Detective Division of the Yongsan Police Station (24, Wonhyo-ro 89-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul). END
CONDOLENCE MESSAGE ON THE TRAGEDY THAT STRUCK ITAEWON IN CENTRAL SEOUL ON 29 OCTOBER 2022
The Philippine Embassy in the Republic of Korea conveys its profoundest condolences on the loss of lives and injury arising from the tragedy that struck Itaewon in Central Seoul on 29 October 2022.
Itaewon is home to a vibrant multicultural community, including the Philippine Embassy in Seoul. We are deeply saddened about this incident. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who lost their loved ones and we wish those injured a speedy recovery. The Philippines stands with the Republic of Korea during this difficult time.
The Philippine Embassy in Korea likewise conveys its appreciation for the assistance provided by the Seoul local authorities as we ascertain the conditions of our nationals who may have been in the affected area.
