The Philippine Embassy in Seoul is encouraging talented Filipinos who are working and residing in Korea to join the 2008 Gangnam International Dance Competition to be held on 10 October – 12 October 2008, at the COEX, Gangnam.

Dance Competition is divided into four categories:

Children – 4 to 12 years of age
Adolescents – 13 to 18 years of age
Youth – 19 -39 years of age
Adults – 40 years of age and up

Interested dance groups may present traditional dance, contemporary dance, ballet, dance sports, salsa, Argentina tango, jazz dance, hip-hop, belly dance, B-Boy dance or mixed genres.

Application period is from 29 August to 20 September 2008.
