As one of the trending countries in the international film festival circuit, the Philippines will be featured as the highlight of this year's Project Spotlight in the 17th Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival (PiFan), one of Korea's top four film festivals. The Festival will be held in Bucheon City on 18-28 July 2013.

Leading the sizable Philippine delegation to PiFan, which is the biggest genre film festival in Asia in terms of the volume of film projects traded, is one of the most bankable and prolific filmmakers in the country today, Erik Matti, whose action-packed thriller "On The Job" is entered in the PiFan features competition.

The biggest group of directors, however, are featured in Project Spotlight, which forms part of the PiFan film market, called Network of Asian Fantastic Films (NAFF). This year's 6th edition of the NAFF highlights the Filipino genre film-making community with 7 selected projects to stimulate energetic interactions and serve as a platform to create opportunities to make further advance on the global film market. In addition, two Filipino genre film specialists have been selected to attend the Asian Filmmakers' Lab at the Fantastic Film School this year.

The following are the confirmed members of the Philippine delegation, which will include veteran metteur-en-scene Tikoy Aguiluz, founder of CineManila International Film Festival, and pioneer digital film-maker Khavn dela Cruz:
