The Philippine Embassy in Seoul officers led by Ambassador Theresa Dizon-De Vega, together with Filipino-Korea Spouses Association President Ms. Fe Gimarino Kim and BISDAK President Ms. Donnabelle Casipong warmly welcomed Committee on Accounts Chairperson and Tingog Partylist Rep.
