Since processing will take longer than that of the machine-readable passport, the Embassy has adopted the appointment system and delivery or courier service. Only those who can provide a complete return address can avail of the courier service. You will be asked to complete the courier form upon application for ePassport and payment and submit your old passport for cancelation. Payment will be collected upon delivery.

An appointment is needed when applying for renewal of passport. To get an appointment, please log-on at the Embassy’s Website www.philembassy-seoul.com. Minors (below 18 years) and Senior Citizens (65 years old and above) are not required to get an appointment.
